Cindy Phillips has a diverse work experience. Cindy started their career in 2016 at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University as an Adam Smith Fellow, engaging in research and discussions on classical liberal theory and political economy. Cindy then joined Hemp Analytics in 2018 as a Principal, and in 2019, they became a Research Affiliate Scholar at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets.
Cindy Phillips completed their education from the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philosophy. Cindy started their academic journey in 2011 and successfully completed it in 2019.
