Ken Pasternak has a long and varied career in the business world. Ken began their career in 1974 as a Vice President at Citi. In 1992, they became the Director of Education and Training at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). In 1996, they became a Consultant at Inter Associates Ltd., as well as a Visiting Lecturer for Executive MBA programs. In 2003, they co-founded and became a Director of BankT&D Consulting. In 2013, they joined the Leadership and Organizational Development Team at Executive Development Associates, and in 2019 they were accepted into Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches program. In 2021, they became a Brand Ambassador for Hintsa Performance, and in 2022 they established their own consulting business, KPPasternak Consulting, where they serve as an Executive Education, Consulting, and Speaker.
Ken Pasternak attended Yale University from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a degree in Engineering & Applied Science.
