Carmella Galipault

Carmella Galipault has been working in the education field for over 25 years. Carmella started their career as a teacher at Country Garden Preschool in May 1993. Carmella worked there for five years before moving to EdAdvance Head Start, where they have been working ever since. Carmella is currently the Director of Head Start & Early Head Start. Carmella is passionate about their work and is dedicated to providing quality early childhood education to all of their students.

Carmella Galipault has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Studies and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Charter Oak State College. Carmella is also certified from Teachstone in CLASS Observer.

Carmella Galipault reports to Jeffrey Kitching, Executive Director. Some of their coworkers include Richard Carmelich III - Chief Operations Officer, Kevin Glass - Director of Center for Program Research & Evaluation, and Tim Noel - Director of Facilities.
