Danuta Thibodeau

Danuta Thibodeau is the Superintendent of Schools at Colebrook Public School District, a position held since 2016. They previously served as Principal of Swift Junior High School in Watertown, CT, from 1996 to 1998, and held various roles within Bethel Public Schools from 1987 to 1996. With a background as a Spanish Teacher at Newtown Public Schools and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Connecticut, Danuta is also the Executive Director of EDUCATION CONNECTION, a not-for-profit organization providing educational services in western Connecticut. They earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Connecticut and hold both a master's degree in Bilingual Studies and a bachelor's degree in Spanish.
