Elizabeth Radday is the Director of School Services at EdAdvance. Elizabeth has dedicated their career to education, specifically working with students who have learning disabilities.
Radday started their career as a middle school teacher at Holy Name School in 2001. Elizabeth then became a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they began working as the Director of Learning Support at The Marvelwood School, where they worked until 2017. During their time at The Marvelwood School, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Rochelle from 2010 to 2015. In 2016, they became a Fulbright Scholar and conducted research on teaching students with learning disabilities in Finland. Elizabeth returned to the United States in 2017 and took their current position at EdAdvance.
Elizabeth Radday has a Doctor of Education from the University of Pennsylvania in Teaching, Learning and Curriculum. Elizabeth also has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph's University. Her Bachelor's Degree is in Spanish and French from Loyola University Maryland. Elizabeth is certified by the CT Department of Education in Elementary Education and Middle School Math (Grades 4-8).
