Alin Javorsky

Alin Javorsky is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Team Lead and Principal Consultant at EDAG Group since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading a consulting team and overseeing process and project management expertise, particularly in Automotive SPICE. Additionally, Alin is a Lecturer in Project Management at Hochschule Heilbronn, focusing on project management success factors and agile methodologies.
