Amro Moustafa

Amro Moustafa is a Professional Software Engineer at EDAG Group since May 2023, specializing in model-based testing and development, particularly in the validation of driver assistance systems for Volkswagen vehicles. Previously, Amro worked at IAV GmbH as a Function Developer/Application, where responsibilities included creating a Simulink model for the vehicle air system and extracting measurement data using INCA. Early experience includes functional development as a Student, with projects focused on using Python for data extraction and machine learning to reconcile redundant sensor information. Amro also has intern experience in various roles at Fraunhofer IPA, Bavarian Auto Group, MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles, and EGYPTAIR, covering topics from algorithm development to maintenance of combustion engines. Amro holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mansoura University.
