Martin Maier

Martin Maier is a legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles, currently serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal & Compliance at EDAG Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of General Counsel Automotive at Schaeffler Group for nearly a decade, where responsibility included advising on a significant turnover for the Automotive OEM and Aftermarket business and overseeing a global team of lawyers. Martin's previous experience includes leadership roles at Siemens AG, where development of the Legal Department at Flender and participation in the Siemens Compliance Task Force were key accomplishments. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Freiburg and completion of legal studies in the Federal State of Baden-Würtemberg.
