Anke Renz is the Global Vice President of R&D for Personal Care at Essity since April 2021 and also serves as a Management Board Member for UcM BV. In addition, Anke Renz holds a position on the Board of Governors for EDANA and is a member of Mission Female. Prior experience includes a role as Innovation Master Black Belt in Sustainability Transformation and Internal Innovation Advisor at Clariant from February 2019 to March 2021, and various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble from 1999 to 2019, including Senior Director of R&D for Beauty Care Europe and R&D Global Design & Innovation Director for Oral Care (Braun). Anke Renz began their career with a master thesis on flavonoids at the Nestlé Research Center in 1998. Anke Renz earned a diploma in Nutrition from the University of Hohenheim between 1993 and 1999.
