Mayflor Jimenez

Mayflor Jimenez is the Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services. Her team is responsible for HR Management and HR Development Processes, and Training of personnel. The Administrative Department is responsible for purchasing, inventory management, facilities, and security supporting a 24/7 operation of the Manila office. She also serves as eData’s Quality Management Representative for its ISO 9001:2008 continuing certification.

Prior to joining eData, she was a Work Management Analyst, completing her training under WDScott Australia. In that capacity, she implemented various work simplification programs and business process reviews. Mayflor has extensive experience as an HR Manager and Consultant in diverse industries that include the academe, hospitality, restaurants, hospitals, and business process outsourcing.

She is a graduate of AB Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas and acquired her Master in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. She attended her Basic Management Program and Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
