Craig Small

Craig Small has extensive experience in asset management and acquisitions, serving as Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since July 1987. In this role, Craig oversees the Area Maintenance Program Services. Prior to this position, Craig worked as a Draftman and Mechanical Estimator at Berley Industries, Inc. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, from 1985 to 1987. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, which was attained after studying at the Institute of Design and Construction from 1980 to 1985.
