Joshua Kraus

Joshua Kraus currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Infrastructure Officer at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, a position held since April 2021. Previously, Joshua held multiple leadership roles within the New York City Mayor's Office, including Director of the Mayor's Office of Capital Project Development, where responsibilities involved managing large-scale capital projects in coordination with various agencies and stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager/City Planner at the New York City Department of Transportation, focusing on the World Trade Center redevelopment, and as a City Planner for Ville de Montréal, contributing to long-range transportation improvements. Joshua's academic background includes a Master's in Urban Planning from McGill University and a Bachelor's in Social Geography and Urban Development from Boston University.
