Mary Beth Williams

Mary Beth Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Economic Mobility at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since March 2024, Mary Beth previously held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects at Therme Group US from January 2022 to February 2023. Prior roles include serving as Director, Senior Analyst, and Analyst Fellow at HR&A Advisors from January 2016 to December 2021, as well as conducting research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 and 2017. Earlier in her career, Mary Beth worked as a Marketing Associate at Texas Instruments from July 2013 to October 2015. Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors Program & Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's of City and Regional Planning with a focus on Economic Development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
