Meredith Simon-Pearson

Meredith Simon-Pearson, PE, currently serves as Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where significant roles have included Assistant Vice President, Project Director, and Senior Project Manager since June 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Arup as a Civil Engineer from January 2018 to May 2021 and an earlier position as Facilities Planning & Project Delivery Student Document Coordinator at the University of Delaware from February 2017 to December 2017. Additional experience encompasses a range of intern and student leadership roles, including Project Manager for Engineers Without Borders, where leadership was demonstrated in implementing a borehole well project in Malawi. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (B.C.E.) with a minor in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Oberlin College.
