Sally Capanzano

Sally Capanzano has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sally started their career as a Recruiter (Contract) at Citizens of the World Charter Schools in 2013. After that, they worked as a Mental Health Counselor at FEGS from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tact Medical Staffing. Sally then transitioned into the field of technical recruitment and worked as a Technical Recruiter at Prestige Staffing from 2017 to 2018. At Prestige Staffing, they were responsible for recruiting talent for both IT and healthcare clients. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Prestige Staffing, managing full-life cycle recruiting for various positions. From 2020 to 2022, they joined CreateMe as a Senior Recruiter, where they focused on recruiting for a technology platform at the intersection of automation, customization, and apparel. Most recently, Sally worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the New York City Economic Development Corporation starting in 2023.

Sally Capanzano pursued their education starting in 2009. Sally attended Pace University from 2009 to 2013 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study included Art History and Psychology. Following their bachelor's degree, Sally enrolled at Fordham University in 2013 and completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor in 2015.
