Erin (Davies) Jutson is a seasoned consultant and dietary on-call chef with extensive experience in food production and nutritional education. Since March 2019, Erin has operated as a self-employed consultant while simultaneously serving at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver since November 2012, focusing on patient education and nutrition classes. Erin's previous roles include Executive Research & Development Chef at Abundant Foods, LLC, where innovative food products were developed for Whole Foods, and Research & Development Chef at Etai's Foods Group, creating low sodium meals and managing seafood purchasing. Additionally, Erin held a Culinary Fellow position at Johnson & Wales University, a Sales Associate role at Tango Wine Company, and a Key Account Specialist position at Unishippers, demonstrating a diverse skill set across culinary and sales sectors. Educational credentials include a degree from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate's degree from San Diego City College.

Eating disorders are a serious mental health issue and finding the right treatment program is important. Founded in 2001, EDCare offers patients, their families, healthcare professionals and the community over 22 years of eating disorder experience. Our flagship center is located in the heart of Denver, Colorado where we are committed to empowering individuals suffering from eating disorders to make healthy, long-lasting changes. EDCare has become one of the nation’s foremost center for the diagnosis and treatment of eating disorders. Our multidisciplinary team of board-certified psychiatrists, physicians, clinicians, family and experiential therapists, and registered dietitians provide treatment to adults, ages 18 and older, of all genders and ethnicities. We offer a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals can gain the tools and support they need overcome the serious complications of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and other related disorders. Upon admission, an interdisciplinary treatment team is assigned to each patient based on their individual needs. This means every treatment plan is unique and is designed to fit the individual. We currently offer various programs in Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska. All of our treatment centers have earned the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Housing options available in Denver and Kanas City. Most major insurance plans accepted.
