Bhaven Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bhaven currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at EdCast, where they are involved in revolutionizing talent experience through AI-powered discovery and personalized content. Prior to this, Bhaven was a Founding 200 Member at Product School, a think-tank for Product Leaders, where they networked with industry professionals and had access to exclusive educational resources.

Bhaven also worked as the Director of New Product Innovation (Consulting) at Agile City Winston-Salem, where they brought their expertise to drive new product development initiatives. Bhaven previously served as the Director of Growth at Turvo Inc., a multi-enterprise collaboration platform, where they led the vision, strategy, and execution of the Turvo Carrier Initiative and oversaw the beta rollout of TurvoNet.

Before joining Turvo, Bhaven co-founded and served as the COO of FreightBazaar.com, an Indian SaaS marketplace platform for freight matching and tracking. Bhaven was responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and development in India and the US.

During their tenure at Dow Chemical Company, Bhaven served as a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and worked closely with the Chief Sustainability Officer. Bhaven developed a framework to estimate CO2 emissions from Dow's energy portfolio, contributing to the company's sustainability and climate change efforts.

Earlier in their career, Bhaven held positions at IBM, MW2 Consulting, and E2open, where they gained experience as a Product Manager, Senior Technology Consultant, and Solutions Architect, respectively.
