Dushyant Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Dushyant started their career as a Business Associate Editor at Spryance India in 2007, where they contributed to healthcare publications. Dushyant then joined RAK BANK in Dubai as a Customer Relationship Officer in 2008, focusing on banking sales. In 2010, Dushyant joined Genpact India as an Assistant Manager, specializing in finance projects and insurance business management. In 2016, they moved to DXC Technology as an Associate Manager, where they handled business process management and project integration. Dushyant then joined Hexaware Technologies in 2018 as a Deputy Manager, overseeing business process management and automation projects. Currently, they serve as the Manager - Global Customer Success & Support at EdCast by Cornerstone since April 2019.

Dushyant Sharma pursued their Bachelor of Commerce & Business Management degree from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya during the period from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications over the years. Dushyant completed a certification in Business Administration and Management from Genpact India in February 2014. Prior to that, in April 2012, they acquired Lean & Six Sigma Certifications from the same institution. Dushyant also holds a Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance, which they obtained from The Institutes in Pennsylvania, USA in August 2011. Recently, in September 2022, they completed two certifications: one in Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project from LinkedIn, and another in Artificial Intelligence And Business Strategy: Case Studies, also from LinkedIn.
