Regina Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Regina is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at EdCast since June 2022. Prior to this, Regina worked at SAP as a Customer Success Manager from April 2016 to June 2022. Before SAP, they were a Customer Account Specialist at EBSCO Information Services from April 2011 to April 2016. Regina also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Constant Contact from September 2010 to April 2011. Regina began their career as an Adjunct Faculty at ITT Technical Institute from March 2007 to August 2010.

Regina Kennedy earned their Associate of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Endicott College from 1981 to 1983. Regina then pursued computer-related fields at Northeastern University, where they obtained two undergraduate certificates. From 1995 to 1997, they focused on Computer Graphics, and from 1998 to 1999, they specialized in Computer Systems Specialist. Finally, Regina completed their education at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 1999 to 2001.
