Sreenath MT has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT support and infrastructure. Sreenath started their career as an IT Project Engineer at Xtal Labz Pvt Ltd in 2011, where they provided quality engineering support and management for various projects. During this time, they gained experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, operating system installation, and maintenance of office networks.

In 2016, Sreenath joined RAMNIKLAL B KOTHARY & CO. LLC as an IT Infrastructure Executive. Here, they performed daily system tasks, ensured high availability of infrastructure and services, and provided daily support to a large user base. Sreenath also maintained Trend micro Hosted email security and created inbound and outbound rules.

Sreenath then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at PiServe in 2021, specifically focusing on IT support for the Leisure and Entertainment services at Majid Al Futtaim. Sreenath collaborated with the operations team to resolve IT-related issues, coordinated with business unit managers for new requirements, and facilitated changes in the setup.

Currently, Sreenath is an Information Technology Support Engineer at EdCast by Cornerstone, starting in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for improving developer productivity through proactive maintenance of IT equipment. Sreenath supports and implements IT-related activities, designs and implements IT policies and procedures, and creates asset management and tracking policies to prevent loss and equipment theft.

Sreenath MT completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Mar Baselios Christian College of Engineering & Technology, from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their higher secondary education in Mathematics at Mar Gregorios Memorial Higher Secondary School from 2004 to 2006. Sreenath completed their high school education at St. Thomas English Medium Higher Secondary School from 1993 to 2004.
