John Rover has extensive experience in the telecommunications and project management sectors. At Avtex Solutions, LLC, John served as Director of Implementation Consulting, leading a team of fifteen Implementation Consultants in executing Contact Center Systems projects. Prior to this, John held roles at Ceridian and Adapt Telephony Services, where responsibilities included managing voice network integrations and overseeing project implementations for notable clients. Currently, John is the Director of Customer Care PMO at EDCi. John is also educated in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Coastline Community College.
