Hannah Wadsworth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hannah started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Director of Waterfront at Camp Pathfinder, where they organized the swimming program, instructed lessons, and led canoe trips for campers. From 2006 to 2009, Hannah worked as a Student Intern in the Office of Alumni Relations at Bowdoin College. In 2009, they had a role as a Communications Intern at the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo. Hannah then worked as a Project Manager at Pyramid Communications from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they served as an Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Bertschi School from 2012 to 2014. Hannah then transitioned into the education field, becoming an Eighth Grade Language Arts Teacher at Chinook Middle School in Highline Public Schools from 2015 to 2021. In 2022, they joined Seattle University as a Field Coach and Adjunct Instructor in the Master in Teaching Program. Currently, Hannah is working at EdConnective as a Virtual Instructional Coach since 2023.

Hannah Wadsworth began their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Bowdoin College between 2005 and 2009. Hannah then pursued a Master's Degree at Seattle University from 2014 to 2015, specializing in Teaching. In December 2019, Hannah obtained certification as a National Board Certified Teacher from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
