Olivia Vatne Gjerdsbakk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Olivia Vatne started their career as a Vikar at MOSMARKA BARNEHAGE SA in 2015, where they gained valuable experience in childcare and communication. In 2019, Olivia worked as a Serviceyter at Ørsta camping, where they focused on customer service and providing information to tourists.

Olivia then joined Handelshøyskolen BI in 2020 as a Bachelor Student and took on several roles within the organization. Following their time at Volda vidaregåande skule, Olivia enrolled at BI Norwegian Business School in 2020 and is expected to complete their Bachelor's degree in HR, Ledelse og organisasjonspsykologi in 2023.
