Kristy Mattson

Kristy Mattson currently serves as the Director of Ecommerce/Merchandising at Eddie Bauer, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Ecommerce, DTC and Amazon at CamelBak, where strategic digital marketing and ecommerce growth strategies were developed from February 2019 to May 2023. Kristy also contributed as Sr. Manager, Digital Merchandising at TripAdvisor and Filson's Sr. Merchandising Manager - DTC and Catalog, where the focus was on driving sales and enhancing customer experiences. Early career experiences include managing the athletic shoes category at Amazon, overseeing T-Mobile's online business, and directing merchandising and product marketing at Expedia. Kristy holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Richmond.
