Amber Witherow

Amber Witherow is a Business Development and Sales Leader with over 15 years of experience in driving transformative growth and brand elevation. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager for izzio Artisan Bakery, Amber focuses on expanding market reach for America’s #1 Sourdough Artisan Bakery. Throughout their career, Amber has demonstrated a strong ability to turn challenges into opportunities, including regaining lost accounts and designing successful incentive programs. Previously, Amber owned a successful scratch-built bakery and held roles in culinary direction and sales across various respected organizations. They hold an Associate of Arts in Music Performance from Waldorf University and are pursuing Culinary Arts training at Saint Paul College.
