Ross Kovacs is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations across notable establishments. Currently serving as a Managing Partner at Eddie V's Prime Seafood since August 2018, Ross previously held positions such as Director of Banquets and Director of Restaurant Operations at The Radnor Hotel from January 2017 to August 2018. Prior to that, Ross worked as a Senior Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from February 2012 to January 2017 and as a Restaurant Manager at McKenzie Brew House from October 2010 to February 2012. Ross's career began in the US Navy, where responsibilities as a Rescue Swimmer included combat search and rescue. Ross is an alumnus of Temple University.
