Julian Welch

Julian Welch is an experienced professional in the commercial property sector, currently serving as Director at Eddisons since August 2012. Prior to this role, Julian held the position of Director and National Head of Retail Agency at Lambert Smith Hampton from May 2004 to August 2012, where Julian led the retail agency team across the UK. Julian's earlier career includes serving as an Associate at Gerald Eve from May 2002 to April 2004, and as a Senior Surveyor at Charles Price & Company from 1999 to 2002. Julian holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, completed between 1989 and 1992, and is a graduate of The Perse School, Cambridge, where studies occurred from 1981 to 1989.
