Richard Turton

Richard Turton is the Director and Head of Building Consultancy for the South West at Eddisons, where they have been since 2025. With 15 years of experience in the commercial property industry, Richard specializes in Dilapidations and Technical Due-Diligence, often providing expert advice on complex matters for both Landlords and Tenants. Their career began as a Graduate Surveyor at Gray Holmes and James before progressing to a Building Surveyor role at DTZ and later at CS2. Between 2020 and 2025, Richard served as a Director at PMP. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England.
