Mhamad started their career in 2015 as an Android Developer at Markelligent, where they were responsible for translating designs into high-quality code and maintaining the application's performance and reliability. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst and .Net Developer at Intelligit, where they developed .net and Asp.net applications, created business intelligence reports, and maintained SQL databases. Mhamad also had experience in maintaining Windows servers.

In 2018, Mhamad joined HiCart.com as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the delivery management system. Mhamad developed and updated the solution using Java Spring Boot and Angular, attended meetings with third parties for integrations, and gathered requirements from logistics teams.
