Aya Hussein

Aya Hussein is currently the Talent Acquisition Section Head at EDECS, where they lead the talent acquisition team in sourcing and hiring top talent for the company’s engineering and construction projects. With over nine years of experience in talent acquisition, Aya has previously held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Touristic Investment Company and Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Arabia Holding. Aya earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Cairo University, further cementing their expertise in the field. As a certified HRBP and SHRM, Aya actively promotes diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
