Andrew Kovar

Andrew Kovar, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting at Edelman Financial Engines since March 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from August 2018 to February 2022, gaining experience in government contracting, life sciences, and not-for-profit sectors. Additionally, Andrew contributed as a Teaching Assistant in the Accounting Teaching Scholars Program at the University of Maryland from August 2017 to May 2018 and completed an Accounting Internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in late 2016. Andrew began the professional journey as an intern at TalkLocal from October 2014 to August 2015. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Maryland College Park, graduating in 2018.
