Josh Schriver

Josh Schriver is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in desktop support and technical services. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Technician at Edelman Financial Engines since June 2012, Josh provides nationwide desktop support and manages mobile devices, including the delivery and coordination of business phones and tablets. Previous experience includes working as a Service Desk Technician at the American Institutes for Research, where duties involved managing the site for a significant location, handling backup tape rotations, leading Apple MAC service and repair, and performing network troubleshooting. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technologies with an emphasis in International Management from Juniata College, earned between 1999 and 2003.
