Tania Loffreda

Tania Loffreda currently serves as Chief of Staff for Secure Infrastructure & IT at Edelman Financial Engines, overseeing IT strategy and operations while managing high-priority special projects. Prior to this role, Tania led the Project Management Office at Financial Recovery Technologies, where project management strategies and best practices were successfully implemented. Tania also held senior leadership positions at Epsilon, leading global marketing programs and managing marketing operations. Earlier experience includes senior program management roles at Omgeo, focusing on process improvements and product launches, and a training consultant position at John Hancock Financial, where Tania standardized project management training for over 1,000 employees. Tania holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an M.S.M. in Management from Emmanuel College.
