Esther Schumacher

Esther Schumacher is an accomplished leader in performance marketing and digital strategy, currently serving as the Performance Marketing & Intelligence Lead at Edelman Germany since October 2025. Prior to this role, Esther held the position of Head of Performance Intelligence EMEA at Edelman DXI, where strategic leadership and the scaling of performance intelligence capabilities across the EMEA region were key responsibilities. Esther's career at Edelman began as a Digital Consultant and progressed to Digital Paid Media Lead in Germany, where significant contributions were made to establish and grow the digital paid media practice. Earlier experience includes roles at FAKTOR 3 AG as a Public Relations Executive and at Clariant as a Marketing Business Analyst Europe, both of which provided a solid foundation in integrated communications and marketing analysis. Esther holds a Master of Arts in Communication & Leadership and has completed various educational programs in social media and business management.
