Christopher Hedquist

Christopher Hedquist has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christopher is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Health Policy and New Health Technologies at Edelman Global Advisory, where they support healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies in designing and implementing influential public affairs campaigns. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Health Public Affairs at Edelman.

Christopher has also gained significant experience at Novo Nordisk, where they held the role of Senior Project Manager in Corporate Finance, leading high-profile global sourcing initiatives and large-scale tenders. Christopher has also held positions at Vertic as a Senior Account Director in Healthcare Digital Marketing and at Novozymes as the Head of Launch Excellence in Commercial Support.

Their earlier professional journey includes roles at Novo Nordisk as a Regional Manager in Government Affairs, Global Product Manager in Diabetes Marketing, and a Business Graduate in the Leadership Development Program. Additionally, they have worked as an International Business Analyst at AeroSat Avionics, represented Team USA as a World Cup Athlete in Bobsled and Skeleton, and gained experience as a Sales & Marketing Associate at Utah Grizzlies. Christopher started their career as a Legislative Correspondent at the Office of Congressman Tom Lantos/House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

Christopher Hedquist has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. Christopher also holds a Master of Arts degree in International Trade and Investment Policy from the Elliott School of International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
