Alissa Hinkson

Alissa Hinkson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Edelman since August 2021, Hinkson previously held the position of EVP-Managing Director at BCW Global from October 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Hinkson founded and led Paragon Communications, a full-service strategic communications firm, from September 2014 to October 2018, specializing in corporate, public affairs, and philanthropic campaigns. Hinkson's previous roles include Deputy Global Client Lead for the Ford Motor Co. PR Account at Burson-Marsteller and Vice President at Rational 360, where key clients included Pfizer. Hinkson's career began in publishing with significant editorial roles at HarperCollins Publishers and Simon & Schuster, alongside contributions to The Hartford Courant. Alissa Hinkson earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity College-Hartford in 2002.
