Laura Cubillos

Laura Cubillos, RD, currently serves as the Global Chair for Food & Beverage at Edelman since September 2024. Prior to this role, Laura was the Executive Vice President for the Food, Beverage and Nutrition Practice at Padilla from July 2018 to August 2024, and a Founding Partner at FoodMinds, LLC from 2006 to August 2024. Previous experience includes positions at Edelman as Senior Vice President and Group Head (2001-2005), Director of Business Development for Latin America at WineryExchange (2000-2001), and various roles at Porter Novelli ranging from Vice President to Senior Account Executive (1996-2000). Additionally, Laura contributed reviews as a Restaurant Critic for SOMA Magazine and held account management roles at Thomas J Payne Market Development and Freeman, Sullivan & Co. Laura's educational background includes studies at Miami University and Emory University.
