Lauren Tortorete

Lauren Tortorete is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Edelman since April 2021, Lauren has previously held senior leadership roles at Powell Communications and Spectrum, where responsibilities included strategic oversight and program execution for various biotechnology clients. With a foundational career at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Biosector 2, BMC Communications, and Landmark Communications, Lauren has successfully managed numerous national disease awareness campaigns, pharmaceutical product launches, and corporate communications strategies. Lauren holds a BS degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Boston University.
