Natalie Butler

Natalie Butler is an accomplished finance and compliance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Finance and Performance Committee at St Luke's Hospice Harrow & Brent since September 2023, Natalie has held pivotal roles at Edelman since November 2015, including Global Director of Internal Audit and Regional Director of Compliance. Previous positions include Head of Audit at White Horse Insurance Ireland Ltd. and roles in enterprise risk and audit at Thomas Cook Group, as well as significant internal audit responsibilities at BP and Cookson Group plc. Natalie holds the ACA from ICAEW and a BBA in Management from Lancaster University, complemented by a brief academic experience at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
