Nicola Palmarini

Nicola Palmarini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of ageing, innovation, and technology. Currently serving as Director of the UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing and CEO of Voice Italia, Nicola leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for older adults. As a Co-Founder of the Longevity Lab at Edelman, Nicola provides insights into the evolving market of older consumers. Previous roles include Program Manager at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab, where Nicola focused on AI ethics and solutions for ageing populations, as well as significant positions at IBM in social marketing, human-centric solutions, and accessibility. An educator and thought leader, Nicola’s academic background includes degrees from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and the University of Washington.
