Nikki Friedli

Nikki Friedli has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as an Operation Controller and Flight Dispatcher at Edelweiss Air AG since January 2020. Prior to this role, Nikki worked at Jet Aviation Business Jets AG for a decade as a Flight Dispatcher, where responsibilities included managing flight orders, obtaining flight permissions, and arranging various logistical details. Nikki's career began at Kontiki-Saga Reisen AG in 1999, focusing on sales and tour operations in Scandinavia. Nikki's earlier roles include Deputy Manager Ground Operations and Senior Flight Dispatcher at ExecuJet Europe AG, where management and training of flight dispatch staff were key duties. Nikki holds a degree in tourism from the Schweizerische Tourismusfachschule Sierre, attained in 1998.
