Ranjita D. currently serves as Chief Investment Officer at Edelweiss Alternatives, overseeing the Anzen Trust, which focuses on investing in high-quality energy assets, with an initial asset under management exceeding INR 2,300 crore. Prior to this role, Ranjita held the position of Vice President at Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd, where responsibilities included managing debt and equity fundraising, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning for a solar energy platform. Ranjita also has significant experience as a Partner at IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd, specializing in the Indian infrastructure investment landscape, particularly in project development and stressed assets. Earlier career roles include Brand Capital at BCCL and a research position at CRISIL. Ranjita holds a CFA designation and a Master of Management Studies in Finance from the Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, along with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Narsee Monjee College.
