Ashish Agarwal

Ashish Agarwal has extensive work experience in private equity and investment management. Ashish is currently serving as the Managing Partner and Head of Private Equity at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked for Navis Capital Partners for 14 years, where they held the position of Senior Investment Director. During their time at Navis, they focused on mid-market control transactions and was actively involved in buyouts in various regions including India, Europe, USA, and Southeast Asia. Before their tenure at Navis, Ashish worked for VERITAS Software International Limited in the field of disaster recovery products. Ashish started their career as a Software Engineer at Mahindra British Telecom.

Ashish Agarwal completed their MBA from INSEAD in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1999 and 2001. The initial education information is not available, but Ashish is known to have attended the Cathedral and John Connon School.
