Nitin Khot

Nitin Khot has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Nitin currently serves as the Head of the Business Analyst and Testing Team at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited. Prior to this role, they held the position of AVP at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited. Nitin also worked as AVP at IDFC FIRST Bank from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, they were the Deputy Manager of Database & Operations at Aditya Birla Money, where they handled various responsibilities such as managing database and commission processing team, implementing software and processes to enhance efficiency, and performing UAT for new software. Before that, they worked as an Officer of Loan Processing at HSBC Operations & Processing (I) Pvt Ltd, where they handled Home loan Post Disbursal Documents and implemented new software successfully. Nitin also had a role as a Jr. Officer in the Internal Control Department (MF processing) at Datamatics Financial Services Limited, where they audited transaction processing of mutual funds, ensured timely redressal of complaints, and complied with regulatory guidelines.

From 2008 to 2011, Nitin Khot pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
