Ian Plunkett

Ian Plunkett is a venture partner at Eden Block. Prior to joining Eden Block, they were the director of global policy communications at Coinbase from August 2021 to July 2022. Ian has also served as a fellow at the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) from December 2016 to January 2017, and as the public policy communications lead, Twitter EMEA from December 2015 to June 2018. Plunkett began their career in communications and policy at Tech Nation, where they served as the public policy & communications lead from September 2014 to October 2015.

Ian Plunkett has a Master of Science (MSc) in Political Science and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Ian also has a Fulbright Scholarship in Political Science & Technology from Harvard University. Ian Plunkett's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from Dublin City University.
