In addition, Patrick worked as a buyer for Eden Foods, Inc., negotiating contract production of organic dry beans and small grains. Furthermore, as the owner and operator of Mastodon Farm, Patrick oversees the production of vegetables, livestock, and honey using holistic ecological methods. Patrick graduated with a degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation from the University of Florida in 2007.
