Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Espro Acoustiguide Group and Square 100 (Networking). Oshrat also has experience working as a freelance professional. Earlier in their career, they held roles as CFO at Redstone Real Estate Investments and Leader Real Estate International. Oshrat also possesses significant experience in auditing and financial management from their time at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager in the Audit department.

Oshrat Balul attended the College of Management and Academic Studies from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
