Eddy Badrina has a long and varied career in the business and public service sectors. Eddy began their professional career in 2002 as a Senior Associate at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. In 2004, they took on the role of Executive Director at The White House Initiative On Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, where they re-established the initiative as the focal point for domestic policy discussion and economic development within the Asian American/Pacific Islander community. In 2006, they became a Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo Bank, NA. In 2008, they took on the role of Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Belltower Tech, where they were responsible for leading the firm's marketing, advertising and public relations. In 2009, they co-founded BuzzShift and became the President, as well as Director of Badrina Marketing Strategies. In 2012, they began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2014, they joined the Board of Seed Effect, a Christ-centered economic development organization. In 2021, they became an Advisory Board Member at Texas A&M AgriLife. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Eden Green Technology, a vertical farming technology company dedicated to changing the way we farm our food and feed our communities.

Eddy Badrina obtained a Master of Professional Studies in Public Administration and International Affairs from Texas A&M University in 2000. Eddy also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same university in 1998.
