Max Heninger

Max Heninger is an experienced real estate development professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing, Inc. Since June 2020, Max has held several positions, including Senior Project Developer and Project Developer. Prior experience includes consulting for the City of Portland on zoning incentives, leading a real estate analysis team for the City of Beaverton, and working as a Summer Associate with Related Companies. Max's background also includes roles at The Boston Foundation as Special Assistant to the President and CEO, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where expertise in municipal finance and project management was developed. Max holds a Master's degree in City Planning with a Certificate in Real Estate Development from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Williams College.
