Seth Wight

Seth Wight is a seasoned project developer currently employed by Eden Housing, Inc., with previous experience as a Housing Finance Analyst at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, where responsibilities included managing affordable multi-family housing projects, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to that, Seth served as a Development Project Manager at Lewiston Housing, overseeing various affordable housing initiatives, including new construction and historic rehabilitation projects. Additionally, experience includes roles in research and planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Greater Portland Council of Governments, as well as instructional coaching and teaching in secondary education settings. Seth holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Washington University in St. Louis.
